Dr. Tal Lavian, Principal Scientist at Innovations-IP, leads the company’s efforts with over 20 years of collective experience as a scientist, technologist, and educator.  He is a UC Berkeley CET Industry Fellow and lecturer at the Berkeley College of Engineering.

Among many previous appointments he has held, Dr. Lavian served as a Principal Investigator for DARPA and a visiting scientist at UC Berkeley’s RAD Lab.  He is a prolific innovator, co-inventing over 40 patents issued and pending.  He has also co-authored over 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
